Team Code & PIN

• Team Codes and PINS are unique to each team.
• They are for the exclusive use of the team coach and/or team manager.
• Your Team Code and PIN allow you to enter, change, and/or delete Team Roster and Player Profile information.
• Do not give your Team Code and PIN to players.
• Requests for "forgotten" Team Codes and PINs will only be acknowledged if requested by the email address of the Head Coach or Team Manager listed on the team’s application.
• If your PIN has been compromised, a new PIN may be requested via email to: Angela Pedersen - Admin@TampaBaySunBowl.com.
• Be sure to include your age division and team name when requesting either of the above.

Team Rosters

• Team Rosters for the tournament are entered on-line on this website by all teams.
• Information required for each player is:
  • Name
  • Jersey number
  • Player Pass number
  • Date of birth
• There will also be an opportunity to add/update coach information.
• Team Roster entry deadline is midnight on Sunday, 12/16.
• The information entered is used to print:
  • Check-in roster for use on 12/26 at Team Check-in/Registration.
  • Game Day Roster/Game Report (6 per team).

Roster Freeze

• Roster Freeze for the tournament is at team check-in on Wednesday, 12/26.
• Any changes made to rosters after 12/16 must be made at check-in, by hand, to the 7 rosters mentioned above.

Player Profiles

• For the 2007 tournament, the Tampa Bay Sun Bowl has teamed up with Soccer In College to provide the Player Profile books which will be given out to College Coaches.
• Player Profile information is requested for Under 16 thru Under 19 teams, NOT Under 15. 
• If you are not currently registered with Soccer In College, you should do so in order to have your team’s Player Profiles included.  
• All Player Profile information must be up-to-date by Sunday, 12/16 in the Soccer In College database for it to be included in books handed out to College Coaches.  
• Your Team Roster, including Guest Players, must also be up-to-date in the Soccer In College database.

Team Check-in

• Only an adult is required at Team Check-in, not the players.
• At check-in on Wednesday, 12/26, the following will be checked/verified/collected:
