Medical Releases
Question: Must we use the TBSB supplied medical release?
Answer: No. It is provided in case needed.
   
Question: Must all medical releases be notarized?
Answer: Yes.
   
Question: Why?
Answer: Becuase most medical facilities in the state of Florida will not accept a medical release that is not notarized.
