The Under 18s and Under 19s will be combined.

This item constitutes official notification of acceptance. Any teams withdrawing after 9/30/2008 will forfeit some portion or all of their Entry Fee in compliance with Section 13 of the tournament rules.

The list of participating teams is subject to change as/if/when teams drop out and are replaced.

Reminder: If your team has been selected to participate and you are from outside the Tampa Bay area, you must make your hotel reservations through Creative Sports/Travel.

Refunds for teams not accepted will be processed within the next 7 days and will be as follows:
If paid by Credit Card - A refund will be processed back to the credit card used.
If paid by check - A check will be written to the NAME of the team and the address of the Primary Contact.
If no payment received - No refund will be sent until/unless a check is received.
Personal check will be returned.
Cashier’s checki/money order will be deposited and a tournament check will be sent as in #2 above.
